Meet Heidi Ettlinger
With over 25 years of experience, Heidi Ettlinger has dedicated her career to empowering women in snow sports. As an innovator and educator, she has developed resort-based women’s programs, founded Gearing to Go to provide educational tools for skiers, and established the Women’s Summit to support female professionals in the industry. A former PSIA National Alpine Team member, Heidi is passionate about coaching and creating opportunities for women to excel on the slopes and beyond. Learn more about Heidi.

Women's Weekend Ski Camp Itinerary
6 PM – 7:30 PM: Welcome Reception with hors d'oeuvres in the Olympic Room – Main Lodge.
At 6:30 PM, we’ll have a short presentation on ‘Learning how to match your skiing style and ski selection’. Plus, you’ll be able to explore off-the-shelf boot fitting to enhance how you control the ski from cruising groomers to adventuring in steeper terrain and ungroomed conditions.
*Bring your skis & boots if you’d like a gear assessment.

7:15 AM -7:45 AM: Boot Fitting and Gear Assessment (optional)
7:45 AM-8:30 AM: Morning Snowga ~ Waking up the Flow with a Fun-ctional Approach to Ski Readiness (Optional)
8:30 AM: WW Ski Camp Introductions and Aspirations
9:15 AM-12 PM: Our morning begins with warm-up runs to explore The Highlands. Whether you are grouped with your besties or making new ones, we will make sure your preferred pacing matches the morning adventure. Our coaches will locate the best terrain and trail conditions for customized skill building activities that allow for experimenting with personal and group goals. Optional video will be available for enhancing progress so that during lunch you can try on new movements indoors, making it easy and fun to combine when back on snow.
12 PM-1 PM: Group Lunch in Olympic Room - Main Lodge *Bring your own lunch or purchase on-site.
1 PM-4 PM: Based on each group's preferred afternoon pacing, we’ll find areas that allow for guided adventuring – code word for taking your morning activities into your personal zone and having the freedom to play while still receiving coaching cues to help you along the way. At the end of the day, we’ll regroup in the Olympic room to review video captures from the day and offer personalized time for Q & A.
5 PM-6 PM: Après Ski Session in Olympic Room - Main Lodge
7:45 AM-8:30 AM: Morning Snowga in Olympic Room~ Waking up the Flow with a Fun-ctional Approach to Ski Readiness (Optional)
8:30 AM: Sharing the WayFinder
9:15 AM-12 PM: Our morning begins with guided warm-up runs to explore new approaches from day one and time to reflect and contribute to group goal setting for day two. Activities will maximize everyone’s personal interests with longer runs for building consistency and using chairlift rides as check points to hone-in feedback. We value understanding everyone’s unique interests and provide options for guidance or specific coaching cues that match your preferences.
Group Lunch: Meet in Olympic Room. Time TBD based on participants afternoon departure.
*Note: Some participants wrap-up earlier on Sunday. There are several opportunities for customizing the day to maximize personal goals. *Bring your own lunch or purchase on-site.
1 PM-4 PM: Based on the group's preferred afternoon pacing, we’ll include an on-snow toolbox review of tactics and techniques for grounding confidence in new areas. Before finishing the day, you’ll receive personalized recommendations on next steps that combine - you, your skillfulness, gear know-how, and the trails you enjoy skiing the most, to readily enhance the remainder of your season. Following the camp wrap-up, all participants will receive media captured over the 2-days and a digital women’s skiing guide.
