Arcade
Located near the lobby of the Main Lodge. Air hockey table, pool table, and a variety of video games are available.
Business Center
A business center is complimentary to our guests. It is located in the tower lobby on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Two computers have high-speed internet access, and a printer is available 24 hours a day.
Country Club of Boyne
The Country Club of Boyne offers an elegant dining experience in the Dornach Room and Seminole Pub to its members and hotel guests. Proper attire is requested. Reservations are advised. Open during the summer and winter season, 231.526.3085.

Games & Other Activities
Complimentary board games are available at the Front Desk, but a registered adult must sign for them.
Hiking
Take a trip along The Highlands North Peak Trail - a 1.5-mile easy trek to one of our favorite viewpoints overlooking the valley. On a clear sunny day, you can spot the Mackinac Bridge.
Holidays
The holidays are enchanting at any ski area, but no other location in the Midwest offers skiing with an ambiance quite like The Highlands. The lights on our Manor-styled Main Lodge warmly greet you, and our pools and spas throw steam high into the crisp Northern Michigan air—all setting the stage for fun, food, and festivities.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary high-speed wireless connection from all guest rooms and condos and most resort common areas.
Laundry Facilities
Guest laundry facilities are located on the property. Detergent vendors are available at each laundry facility. The Main Lodge has laundry facilities near the pool entrance. The Heather Highlands Inn has laundry facilities on the lower level of the Inverness buildings at the north end of the hallway.

Mail/Stamps
Packages and outgoing mail can be left at the Front Desk for US Postal service pick up. Stamps are available for purchase at the Front Desk.
Messages
For your convenience, all The Highlands guest rooms are equipped with a voice mail answering service. The message light will flash red when calls have been received. Ski Valet

Slopeside Lounge
Located in the Main Lodge, equipped with large screen TVs. Live music and food specials throughout the week. Open all seasons. Call 231.526.3016 for hours of operation.
Swimming/Hot Tubs
The Main Lodge has a large swimming pool and a large hot tub with lockers in the changing area. The Bartley House has a large outdoor heated hot tub and changing area. The Heather Highlands Inn guests enjoy access to an indoor hot tub and outdoor pool. Kegs, coolers, beer cases, or glass containers of any kind are not permitted in the pool areas. Your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum is appreciated. Children under 12 must be supervised. Hours of operation: 9 AM -11 PM.
Tesla Charging Stations
The Resort offers two charging stations for Tesla drivers. They are located at the north end of the Main Lodge parking lot.
