Cancellation Policies

Thank you for being here. Our guests come first, and we want to make sure that if you need to make a change, it is easy.

You can easily change your plans as an overnight guest or day visitor. You can enjoy a full refund within the cancellation period or receive a credit voucher for future use.

Lessons -Rentals - Events - Activities

Things happen; we get it! Lessons, rentals, events, or activities can be changed or canceled up to 14 days prior to the scheduled date for a full refund. Changes or cancellations made within 14 days, up until the day prior to the scheduled date, will result in a credit voucher issued for the full value of the activity cost (no fee) that expires one year from date of transfer. Same-day changes or cancellations of your activity will result in a full forfeit of your payment. If cancellations are made on behalf of the resort due to weather, we will give the guest the opportunity to reschedule within the season or issue a full refund.

Adventure Camp

Adventure Camp registrations can be changed or canceled up to twenty-one days before the scheduled date for a full refund. Changes made within the twenty-one day window or cancellations of your adventure camp registration will result in a full forfeiture of your payment.

Lift Tickets

If your plans change after pre-purchasing a lift ticket, no problem.

We stand proudly behind our lift ticket policies. Your enjoyment on the slopes is guaranteed.

Snow Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with the snow conditions, you must return to the ticket window within one hour of your first use to receive a credit for your ticket’s value for future use.

Easy Change: Lift ticket purchases are date-specific, non-transferable, and non-refundable. However, if you cannot use your tickets on the dates you intended, you have another option. Easy Change allows us to transfer the dollar value of your purchase to a credit voucher that expires one year from the transfer date. You may pay a difference in price, but you don't lose the value of your original purchase and have the flexibility to come any other day and even use it on another activity. Partial credits on multi-day tickets will not be given.

To make the change, you MUST fill out the Easy Change form below by 3 PM prior to the day your pre-purchased ticket starts, and we will put the credit value of your ticket on a voucher.

*Credits are valid toward the purchase of resort activities that expires one year from date of transfer. Refunds are not issued if credits are applied toward a lower-priced ticket or are unused within one year.

Season Passes and Lift Packs

Season Passes and Lift Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the passholder cannot use the pass and notifies the pass office prior to the season start, a credit voucher will be issued for the full cost of the pass.
